Mend One is a completely self-service Telehealth software platform that you can have set up in minutes. Simply sign up, review the welcome package, create your password, and begin. You will then be able to create Instant Virtual Exam Rooms in seconds for patient to join. We will text and/or email patients automatically and provide instant technical support if they have any trouble joining.
MendEnterprise integrates with your EHR to automatically send appointment reminder as soon you schedule in your EHR.
The Instant Virtual Exam Room feature makes it possible to operate Mend One without an integration while saving staff precious time from having to enter information twice to set up a virtual visit. All you or staff need do is input a mobile number or email and we will take care of the rest. MendEnterprise makes it even easier. Just schedule as normal in your EHR and Mend will automatically send virtual visit links and appointment reminders via text and email.
Patients can still access your patient portal using Mend software to access records or other options at an affordable cost. When a virtual appointment is set up in Mend, the patient gets a link via text or email. They simply click the link, enter their date-of-birth, and they are connected securely in their browser from any device. It cannot be any easier! If patients have trouble connecting, we have instant technical support available within seconds.

With Mend One, we will handle the video connection and your EHR will handle the prescribing and charting. Simple e-scribe from your EHR or call a prescription in for your patient via phone.

MendEnterprise can turn on payments and help you collect credit card payments (additional fees may apply). For billing insurance, the process you're using today does not need to change. Chart, code, and bill the same as you always have. Telehealth visits may need a modifier and/or a different place of service. Using Mend does not have to disrupt or change any of you current billing processes.
Yes, with MendEnterprise. Additional setup, as well as telemedicine and software pricing/costs may apply. Multiple audio phone calls can be added into Mend video visits using our phone dialer feature. It is commonly used to dial patients, translation services, scribes, supervising physicians, etc.
